What is balayage
Balayage began in the year 1970's in France. The word balayage in french, simply means paint or to sweep. When performing a balayage, hairstylists will use a clay base lightener, and surface paint on planks of hair in different elevations and angles, to create the most natural looking highlights. Some stylists call it, the sun kissed effect. Highlights that will seamlessly grow out with your hair, without leaving back harsh line of demarkation. Doesn't require monthly touchup, saving you hundred of dollars annually. It's the most healthy technique to lighten hair, do to the unique way that balayage are created.

Is balayage right for you
Do to the open air processing, without the present of foils incubating the heat. Balayage can only lift hair from 3 to maximum 5 levels at each session. Dark brown to medium brown, medium brown to light brown/caramel, and light brown to dark blonde. It can create the most beautiful blondes for clients who already have medium blonde hair. It's not a technique to connect dark brown root to old blonde hair. Balayage is not a color correcting technique. It's definitely not an ideal option to go from dark to blonde, in one visit.

Currently, i don't accept any one on one in salon consultation. All consultation and booking are done via phone texting only. Please include 4 important things in your text. 1) Your first and last name. 2) clear back view pictures of your "current" hair in good lighting. 3) inspirational pictures that you really like. 4) and tell me 5 years history of your hair.
